Middle Eastern Style Spice Rub

Oh how I love to make my own spice rubs. I always make a large batch so that I can reach for it any time for a very quick and tasty way to season meats. Here is one of my very favorite rubs that I have tweaked and perfected several times over now. I hope you love it as much as my family does!


Paprika - 8 tbsp

Ground Cayenne Pepper - 4 tbsp

Black Pepper - 3 tbsp

Garlic Powder - 3 tbsp

Ground Turmeric - 2 tbsp

Ground Ginger - 1 tsp

Ground Cinnamon - 1 tsp

Add all of your ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake! I usually use about 2.5 tbsp of rub to cook for a family of 6. This is a versatile rub that goes well with chicken, shrimp, cod, beef or pork.
